Assistant Teacher
Brattleboro Centre for Children has a full time opening for a warm, caring assistant teacher able to work with a variety of aged children. Candidates must be team players with the ability to take initiative. Professionalism, flexibility, a commitment to inclusion, and a sense of humor needed. Qualified candidates must have successfully completed at least Vermont's Fundamentals, an Infant/Toddler DA, or one college course in early childhood development, have good written communication skills, and have one-year's experience working with young children. Multiple college courses in Early Childhood Education is desirable.
